Scope
These GTC apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of Johannes Beckedahl – LabCrate Solutions.

Contracting Parties & Conclusion of Contract
The contract is between you (the buyer) and Johannes Beckedahl – LabCrate Solutions. Your order is a binding offer. We confirm receipt by e‑mail; the contract is concluded when the goods are dispatched.

Prices & Payment

1. All prices are gross, including VAT (under the German small‑business regulation, § 19 UStG—VAT is not itemized).

2. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal (activated as soon as set up).

3. Once payment has been received, the order will be shipped.

Delivery & Shipping

1. Shipments within Europe are sent via DHL or Hermes. Outside of Europe, carriers may vary.

2. Shipping costs follow the carriers’ published rates and are displayed in the quotation or at checkout.

3. Delivery time: typically 3–7 business days within Europe after payment is received. Outside of Europe, delivery time of 3-7 business day may be exceeded.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Warranty

1. Statutory warranty period of two years from delivery applies.

2. In case of defects, we will, at our discretion, repair the defect or supply a replacement.

3. If repair or replacement fails, you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

4. Excluded are damages due to improper use or normal wear and tear.

Liability

1. We are liable only for intent or gross negligence.

2. Liability for consequential and indirect damages is excluded.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Returns after the statutory withdrawal period are excluded unless the product is defective.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies. Venue for all disputes is Berlin.
